Prophets and teachers who fall away under 2 Peter 2

2 Peter 2:1-4; 18-22:

1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise [*emporeuomaiof you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

*emporeuomai-to go a trading, to travel for business, to traffic trade; to use a person or a thing for gain

For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

LOOK CAREFULLY AT THESE FOLLOWING VERSES:

20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world [through sanctification] through the knowledge [epignosis: precise and correct knowledge] of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness [dikaiosune], than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

Dikaiosune means:
1) in a broad sense: state of him who is as he ought to be,
righteousness, the condition acceptable to God
1a) the doctrine concerning the way in which man may attain a
        state approved of God
1b) integrity, virtue, purity of life, rightness, correctness
        of thinking feeling, and acting
 2) in a narrower sense, justice or the virtue which gives each his due

Isa Bajalia and Richard Duke–Galatians 3:1-10: Who Has Bewitched You? PART TWO–AUDIO

Galatians 3:1-11:

2 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
