THE BLESSING of Abraham is given, through Jesus Christ, so that we may receive the PROMISE of the Spirit through faith. What is that PROMISE?

I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curseth you–Genesis 12:3

“You” above is Abram.

Grace is free to us (paid for by Jesus); whereas law required work and effort. We do work in the Kingdom of God but that is for growth as a mustard seed maturing. But see Matthew 13!!!

ANSWERADOPTION AS SONS

Romans 8:9-10:

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His. (Note: Spirit of Christ that you will read about in Galatians.)

10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life [not the blood–which saves us so we might see the Kingdom] because of righteousness.

CHANGING GENESIS 12:3 BY REPLACING ABRAM WITH ISRAEL CAUSES A CURSE. BECAUSE IT REMOVES THE FATHER (ABRAHAM) OF THE SEED, WHICH IS CHRIST, MEANING THE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM CANNOT BE RECEIVED, MEANING FUTHER THAT A THE CURSE OF THE LAW IS RECEIVED INSTEAD. GALATIANS IS CLEAR ABOUT THE BLESSING VERSES THE CURSE (CURSE: BEING UNDER THE LAW AND NOT THE PROMISE.)

What did Christ redeem us from? And why?

ANSWER:

Galatians 4:5-7:

To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sonsANSWER: ADOPTION AS SONS; OTHERWISE AN INDIVIDUAL IS CURSED UNDER THE LAW; AND THERE IS NO MIDDLE GROUND–READ CAREFULLY ALL OF THE BELOW]   [ALL OF THIS IS THE KINGDOM OF GOD (BREATH) OR THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD, WHERE JESUS IS KING; AND NOT JUST THE GOSPEL (BLOOD) WHERE THE SOUL (A WORD OF TIME) IS SAVED (A WORD OF TIME). And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Galatians 3:7-9,14,16,18-19,22,26,28-29:

Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham [CONTINUE READING CHILDREN MUST BECOME SONS–in the Greek language “sons’ also meant daughters].

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

18 For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29 And if ye be Christs, then are ye Abraham’s seed [Christ], and heirs according to the promise.

Galatians 4:1-7,24-26,28-29:

1 Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;

But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father.

Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:

But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,

To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons [sonship].

And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Hagar.

25 For this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children

READ VERSE 26 CAREFULLY:

26 But Jerusalem which is ABOVE (EMPHASIS ADDED) is free [NOT JERUSALEM ON EARTH], which is the mother of us all. [NEW JERUSALEM IS FREE AND IS OUR MOTHER, NOT HAGAR–IF ONE HAS RECEIVED THE BLESSING OF SONSHIP; AND IS MORE THAN A CHILD, WITH A CHILD BEING A SLAVE AND UNDER THE LAW!]

28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

29 But as then he that was born after the flesh [THOSE UNDER THE LAW] persecuted Him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.

Romans 4:13-17:

13 For the promise, that he (Abraham) should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:

15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.

16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,

17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Romans 8:2-5:

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  (Note “fulfilled in us“–look at Matthew 5:17-18 below]

For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.” Matthew 5:17. Now read verse 18.

Romans 8:8-11:

So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His.

10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.

2 Peter 1:3-11:

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust [SANTIFICATION].

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;

And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;

And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Colossians 1:26-27:

26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to His saints [MOST OF THE NEW TESTAMENT WAS WRITTEN ONLY TO SAINTS]:

Who is most of the New Testament written to? The answer may surprise you.

27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: [CHRIST IN YOU IS THE KINGDOM OF GOD, WHICH HE BROUGHT IN THE CLOUDS DURING THE GENERATION OF THE DISCIPLES SOMEWHERE AROUND 70 AD]
