“…God is no respector of persons:”

God is not impressed by a PhD. And God is not impressed with my advanced degrees (neither am I now). God is not impressed with man’s experts. Most “real pastors” in the 1700s and 1800s had second jobs but knew history, economics, monetary matters and the evils of inflation–creation of money and credit out of thin air now (and in the Bible, which they understood, debasement of silver; and they knew it was an abomination [detestable] to God).

Acts 10:34:

34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:

Romans 2:11-16:

11 For there is no respect of persons with God.

Those of high reputation make no difference to me-Paul

“…You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows your hearts; for that which is highly esteemed among men is detestable in the sight of God…”

The prophet of the Remnant does not need to advertise for them nor resort to any schemes of publicity to get their attention, as does the prophet of the Masses

“Meanwhile, the Remnant, aware of this adulterationturn their backs on the prophet [of the masses] and will have nothing to do with him or his message.”

Everyone with a message nowadays iseager to take it to the masses…and the only thought is mass acceptance and approval…to put his doctrine in such shape as will capture the masses’ attention and approval…”
